clean interior modern decor polite staff happy stay
The interiors were clean and modern. I appreciated the peaceful atmosphere, and there were no strong odors. The staff were courteous, and Himanchu at reception was accommodating. I was very pleased with my stay and plan to return.
I noticed the absence of hair conditioner in the bathrooms, which I've come to expect at most hotels.

The front office staff welcomed me warmly. i appreciated the housekeeping team. They kept my room super clean. the service from raj and nerice was really good.
i found the linen not completely fresh upon arrival.

the staff are friendly and very helpful. saurabh and niraj were particularly helpful. when there was an a/c issue, the staff immediately changed my room, and their responsiveness was excellent and greatly appreciated.

My room was clean. The hotel team was hospitable. mr saurabh especially was helpful. the restaurant had delicious food, also their coffee and ice cream were good. I liked the food a lot. the hotel's location in jumeirah provided a convenient base for my short trip.
The gym was small. It had a few dumbbells, a cycle machine, and a walk and run machine. the equipment provided was very basic.

attentive staff serene space perfect room
the staff were attentive and always ready to assist making me feel valued the room was super clean offering a serene space for relaxation after long days exploring nearby i found kaung niraj and raj kumar particularly helpful. the room was very comfortable and warm.
the availability of taxis outside the hotel can be a bit inconsistent at times.

the room was modern! and quiet. i had a very comfortable bed with lots of pillows. the staff were helpful and friendly. i also liked that the location was close to jumeirah beach.
the water cooker didn't automatically stop when the water boiled.
